Thanks for joining us at the MIT Lincoln Laboratory Communications Workshop (LLCW) on 15–16 May 2018.

The 8th annual Communications Workshop highlighted MIT Lincoln Laboratory's activities in the research and development of advanced communications systems. As in previous years, there were keynotes from senior Government officials followed by technical briefings and demonstrations.

Technical sessions featured a mix of internal and invited external speakers addressing current Department of Defense communications needs. This year's program focused on spectrum operations, tactical networks, satellite communications, and lasercom.

The first day concluded with a reception featuring a technical demonstration/poster session, allowing visitors to directly engage with select Laboratory staff and discuss their research projects.

The Workshop was held at the SECRET/NOFORN level; attendance was restricted to invited U.S. citizens holding a collateral SECRET clearance.
